International Orders - Customs & Duties
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
- These charges are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination
- NU-GOLD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Packaging All jewelry is packaged with care in elegant, secure packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. High-value items receive additional protective packaging and discreet shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to countries outside our designated shipping zones
- PO Boxes may not be accepted for high-value orders requiring signature
- Some remote areas may experience extended delivery times
