Every NU GOLD piece is carefully packaged in our signature luxury boxes with authentication certificates, making them perfect for gifting or safekeeping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your NU GOLD jewellery. If the delivered jewellery is defective:
- 3-Day Replacement Window: Return unworn jewellery within 3 days of delivery
- Replace: Receive same new piece for eligible replacements
- Free Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for defective items
Exchange Policy
Exchange your jewellery within 3 days for a different size, design, or style. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- Jewellery must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included
- Authentication certificate must be returned with the item
